MediPaw wants the best for you and your dog and stands by the quality of all its products. If for any reason the MediPaw product is not the right product for you or your pet, return it within 10 days of delivery of your order and we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping and handling charges.
In order to receive your refund, purchase must be made through www.medipaw.com and all components must be returned undamaged (we do not consider hair or if it’s lightly soiled as damage).
All authorized returns postmarked after 10 days are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund and will be returned at the customer’s expense or donated to a rescue or shelter.
Any MediPaw products with a material defect (in materials or workmanship) will be replaced for free.

We suggest returning with any shipping company that provides a tracking number. Please save your shipping receipt and tracking information for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. We do not accept COD.
Refunds/exchanges do not include shipping and handling costs unless the return item is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective, etc.). Restocking fees may apply.
When returning a MediPaw product, any applicable credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
MediPaw protective boots and suits for dogs and cats were created to safeguard wounds after certain surgeries or when a pet has an injury, wound, or anxiety. MediPaw products should be used as recommended and instructed by your veterinary professional.
MediPaw warrants that its products will be free from material defects in components and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by your pet or misuse of any MediPaw product.
Use of MediPaw products is at the sole risk of the user. In the event of breach of warranty or damages actually caused by MediPaw products in accordance with manufacturer’s and veterinary professional’s instructions, the sole and maximum liability of MediPaw, LLC and any distributor in connection with MediPaw products shall be the replacement of the product or, at the election of MediPaw, refund of the purchase price.
